The pandemic has put a stop to months of preparation for our flagship outdoor event Open Iftar. With only one month to the holy month of Ramadan, we’ve had to put all our focus on creating a digital and physical experience to continue bringing communities.
The Challenge:

Ramadan is not just a spiritual month but also a month of family and community. It’s a month where everything is done together, from praying to eating.
Solution:

My Open Iftar did not just bring people together to break their fast over zoom, it also brought the Ramadan spirit to people's doorstep.
I created and designed a pack that includes everything from decorations to recipe booklets specifically tailored for our target audience.
Along with designing the pack, I have also run a digital campaign to promote this new and innovative concept which received national press from BBC, ITV, Al Jazeera, Channel 4, and TRT.
Frédéric Kanouté a former professional football player for West Ham, Spurs, and Sevilla was one of our many influencers that promoted our packs across social media.
